It's Street Law vs. the Kings

Professor Fred Galves’ third annual Street Law International class will culminate in a mock trial program at 12 noon, Saturday, April 11 in the Pacific McGeorge lecture hall with Sacramento High students getting to cross-examine celebrity witnesses. Veteran Sacramento Kings guard Bobby Jackson and former Sacramento WNBA all star Ruthie Bolton will be among the special guests at the closing-day event, which is free and open to the public. The high school students and their law school mentors will be feted at an awards banquet at 4:30 p.m., Sunday, April 12 at the Kings’ last home game at Arco Arena. The students will be recognized on court prior to the 6 p.m. game against the San Antonio Spurs. Pacific McGeorge alumni and friends are invited to attend.
