Cobain Case Detective Tells All

April 27, 2009

15 years ago this month, Los Angeles private detective Tom Grant was hired by Courtney Love to find her missing husband, Nirvana lead singer Kurt Cobain. What Grant found changed rock-and-roll history. In this spring’s Trial Advocacy course, students have been trying a civil case written by Professor Joe Taylor that brings together all the evidence compiled by Grant surrounding Cobain’s “suicide.” Following the final-day performance of the mock trial case, Grant will speak in the courtroom. This talk is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Mike Curran, 739-7115.
