8th Annual Southern California MCLE

The Pacific McGeorge Alumni Association presents its 8 th annual Southern California MCLE Program on Saturday, January 24 at The Grand, Long Beach Event Center, 4104 East Willow Street. The event has been approved for six hours of MCLE credit by the State Bar of California. Four hours of legal ethics, one hour of detection/prevention of substance abuse, and one hour of elimination of bias in the profession comprise the program. Program fees are $40 for alumni, $10 of which is deductible as a contribution to the law school, and $180 for non-alumni attorneys. The event will begin with an 8-8:50 a.m. check-in and end at 4 p.m. with a lunch and lunch break provided. Speakers will include Professor Paul Paton, adjunct professor Robert Hawley, alumni Steve Block, ’78, Sue Ann VanDermyden, ’93, and Wendy Slavkin, ’79, and David Demergian of The Other Bar.
