Wine-Tasting Set October 11

The Pacific McGeorge Women’s Caucus’ 31st Annual Wine-Tasting & Silent Auction is scheduled from 7-10 p.m., Saturday, October 11, 2008 at Rail Bridge Cellars, 400 North 16th Street in Sacramento.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Sacramento Crisis Nurseries, an award-winning program that supports families during times of stress in order to prevent injury and harm to young children.
Tickets, priced at $25 for Pacific McGeorge students and staff, and $30 for all others, may be purchased by contacting wcwinetasting@gmail.com. Prices are $40 and $50, respectively, for pairs of tickets.
Miranda Carroll, ’09, is the president of the Women’s Caucus, one of the oldest chartered student groups on campus. Oona Mallett, ’09, and Shelley Farrsiar, ’09, are the wine-tasting event co-chairs.
