The Institute for Administrative Justice is now offering and online course called "Waste Not: The Law of Water Use Efficiency."

In this innovative course, participants will explore the legal foundations of water use efficiency and conservation. Using media-rich, state of the art approaches to online learning, our expert instructors will guide participants through emerging trends and programs in key areas such as water rates and conservation pricing, urban and agricultural efficiency, water transfers and conjunctive groundwater use.

This course has been carefully designed to meet the educational needs of interested individuals as well as the professional goals of agency staff, industry personnel, attorneys, paralegals and the environmental community. This class will be co-taught by Professors Gregory S. Weber and Jennifer L. Harder.
