Some Online Library Resources Will Be Down Tuesday Morning, March 10

On the morning of Tuesday, March 10, the Library’s catalog will be down as part of the Sierra upgrade project.

This will mean no access to the catalog, renewals, “My Library Account”, or access to library databases from home (TWEN, Westlaw, Lexis and study room reservations will not be affected). It is expected that the system will be up again sometime between 10:00 a.m. and noon, but may take longer. During this time, librarians are available to assist you in finding items you may need. The University Library and the McGeorge Law Library are joining together to adopt the Sierra integrated library system and the Encore Duet discovery system. These systems will provide an integrated library presence, mobile functionality, easier searches, and integration with the University’s learning management system. The upgrade project is expected to be completed in July.
