Rohwer Returns To Vietnam

Professor Emeritus Claude Rohwer leaves in late-May on his eighth trip to Hanoi to work on drafting Vietnamese commercial Laws.
The focus of this trip is working with the Ministry of Justice drafting an Ordinance to implement provisions in the new Civil Code relating to secured transactions. Rohwer started background work in Vietnam on this topic in 1996 and the process received a major boost from Pacific McGeorge Adjunct Professor Walter Dahl on his trip to Hanoi in 2001
