Nosky New Stockton City Attorney

Richard “Ren” Nosky, a 1987 alumnus, was named the new Stockton City Attorney on July 14.
Nosky has been the city attorney for Salinas since 2002. Previously he worked as the chief assistant county counsel for Monterey County.
