The new Journal of National Security Law & Policy, which examines the most pressing issue of the 21st century, is out with its debut volume.

The publication explores questions of war and terrorism, international relations, democracy and civil liberties and features articles by military, intelligence and law enforcement experts as well as legal academicians. Professor John Sims of Pacific McGeorge and Professor Stephen Dycus of the Vermont Law School are the co-editors. Journal subscriptions are $30 per year and a limited supply of first editions are available.
