Professor Michael Malloy, one of the world’s foremost authorities on economic sanctions, has published a new report on their rising incidence and complex effects that may influence future American policymakers. His study, commissioned by the National Foreign Trade Council, is particularly timely in light of the current crisis involving Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
