Maggie Baingana Speaks at Sacramento High School

Maggie Baingana, the Rwandan attorney who earned an LL.M.(master’s) degree in Government Law & Policy last year at Pacific McGeorge, returned to California this month with Rwanda President Paul Kagame.
Baingana spoke to students at Sacramento High on April 18, sharing her experiences dealing with legal aftermath of the genocide that took place in that African country a decade ago.
