Fourth-year Evening student Theresa Esquerra co-authored an article, “A Manifesto on Industrial Design Protection: Resurrecting the Design Registration League,” with Perry Saidman, a Washington D.C.-based attorney and design patent law guru, that was published in the January/February 2008 issue of the Journal of the Copyright Society.
The journal is published several times a year, with articles chosen by an editorial board comprised of some of the leading teachers and practitioners of the law of copyright.
