Caplan Directs Gloucester Panel

Professor Gerald Caplan moderated a panel on June 7 at the Contracts Conference in Gloucester England marking the 150th anniversary of the famous Hadley v. Baxendale decision. Caplan’s panel discussed historical development of the theory of contracts, with special emphasis on damages. Panelists included a Canadian, an American author of a leading treatise, and an English scholar.
