Ms. Pandya heads the Programmes department at ILI-ACLE, coordinating the design and implementation of seminars at the Institute. Ms. Pandya received her Juris Doctor from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Metropolitan Studies, cum laude from New York University. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Pandya supports the Institute's ongoing technical assistance projects and advisory services, serving as the Technical Support Attorney and Home Office Task Manager to the Lesotho Civil Legal Reform Technical Assistance Project towards the restructuring of the judicial system in Lesotho; Task Manager for the East African Community Regional Study towards harmonization of legal education, training, and practice in the partner states; and Staff Attorney for DfID-funded TIRI project towards strengthening the integrity of local council courts through rights-based training-of-trainers in four districts in Uganda. Ms. Pandya also leads the Institute's Proposal Preparation Unit under the direction of the Executive Director. Ms. Pandya sits on the Committee on Legal Education and Training of the Uganda Law Council.

Prior to joining the Institute, Ms. Pandya worked as an Associate in the Management Labor Relations and Employment Law practice group at Duane Morris LLP.
