Summary Bio
After growing up in Southern California, Michael Heumann went to New Jersey to study philosophy at Drew University. After graduating, he took two years off to work and vacation before attending Pacific McGeorge.
Although he was not sure what to expect coming into law school, Mike found that Skills Hours and meeting with professors allowed him to adjust to the new environment quickly. In the summer following his first year, Mike served as a research assistant for Professor Landsberg and interned with the Sacramento Public Defender's Office.
Mike's interests tend towards the outdoors, focusing mainly on hiking but also biking and sailing. After law school, Mike would like to begin a career in litigation. As a member of the Skills Support Team, Mike is interested in meeting the incoming class and helping them find techniques that will work for them at McGeorge.
Mike's Office Hours in the Academic Success Resource Center: Wednesdays, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
