Mhare Mouradian is an experienced business attorney representing clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 companies. He brings his insight from litigation and transactional matters to provide well rounded representation to his clients.

Mhare strives to consistently develop integrated legal strategies that support his clients' business objectives. Mhare has tried cases to verdict and achieved countless favorable settlements for his clients in alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, Mhare takes pride in serving as outside general counsel to several companies providing advice and guidance in all areas of business law. He also has extensive experience in handling corporate and real estate transactions, premises liability, products liability and employment law matters.

Mhare's entrepreneurial background includes previously working for a San Francisco internet start-up company that was acquired by a multinational software corporation software company based in the Bay Area. He also has experience handling matters at the Department of Justice in San Francisco for the U.S. Attorney's Office, U.S. Marshal's Service, Drug Enforcement Agency and Federal Bureau of Investigation, which he gained prior to practicing law.
