Comment Solicitation Eligibility
Entering second-year day and third-year evening students who meet any of the following criteria are invited to participate in the solicitation process:

1) Students who finished in the top 25% of the first-year day or second-year evening programs at McGeorge;
2) Students who received the Witkin award in Legal Process;
3) Students who currently serve on the Legislative staff; or
4) Entering second-year day and third-year evening transfer students who finished in the top 25% of their respective programs.

Eligible students will be notified in writing of their eligibility in late July. Please note that the McGeorge Law Review is dependent on the Office of the Registrar for information about most eligible students.
