Comment

As a member of the Comment Department, students write "Comments" or "Casenotes" in which the students have the unique opportunity to create an original, scholarly work that contributes to our understanding of the law or advocates for change that students would like to see occur. This allows students to refine their writing skills, while expressing their views.

Every staff writer works directly with a Primary Comment Editor throughout the writing process. The Chief Comment Editor oversees the department, and works closely with staff writers as they work towards publishing their pieces. Student-authored articles are edited by students who have achieved the office of Editors of the McGeorge Law Review.

For information regarding Comment solicitation for students, please see our membership page.
