Participant, Inter-American Summer Program in Guatemala

Hometown: San Bruno, Calif.
Major: Legal Studies and Spanish
Year/Track: 2012

"I highly recommend the Inter-American program to anyone. Not only is the setting of the program a literal paradise, but the challenge and reward of taking law classes in Spanish is invaluable. My bilingual externship with the United Nations Development Program opened my eyes to a world very few people are lucky enough to experience and created a desire to solve problems that I had never before given serious thought. In a world where we are increasingly interconnected, this transformative program is an asset to any legal education."
