Library Gift Policy

The Library accepts donations of legal materials on a selective basis, according to the following guidelines:

• Supports the Library’s research and teaching mission and does not duplicate materials already in the collection.
• Is appropriate to offer to students or alumni.
• Will fill the need of other entities with which the Law School maintains a relationship.

Donors assume the responsibility for delivering or arranging for delivery of gift materials to the Library. If you wish to discuss a potential donation of legal materials to the Library, please contact the Assistant Director for Technical Services, Michele Finerty, at 916.739.7010.
