Summary Bio

Kathryn is an associate in the Walnut Creek office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group. Kathryn represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including actions in state and federal court and before administrative agencies, and has experience litigating class actions involving both employment and wage and hour claims and litigating multi- and single-plaintiff claims for employment discrimination, breach of contract, reasonable accommodation, and wrongful discharge. Kathryn earned her undergraduate degree at Saint Mary's College. Kathryn is married to Will Davis, a 1996 graduate of the Pacific McGeorge part-time class.
