Summary
Professor Hether Macfarlane has served as the director of two legal writing programs: the first, at Albany Law School, and then at Pacific McGeorge from 2000-2009. She now teaches lawyering skills in the Pacific McGeorge Global Lawyering Skills program to first and second-year law students. She is a coauthor of an important research text aimed at students and practitioners, which will have a second edition in 2013. In addition, she teaches international LL.M. students about U.S. legal systems and legal process. She has presented at both regional and national legal research and writing conferences on issues relating to teaching American law and legal reasoning to international lawyers.
Office Hours
Mondays from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
