Summary Bio

Haley Cose is currently a second year evening student. She was raised in Tracy, California. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Financial Management from CSU Long Beach. While at Long Beach, Haley worked with an AmeriCorps program serving self-represented litigants.

After working for a few years as a management consultant, Haley moved to Sacramento to attend Pacific McGeorge — one short hour away from home. Having a background in finance, Haley remembers the uncertainty of how to approach a law school exam, as well as the intense anxiety associated with such a heavily weighted test. After a disappointing initial performance in Contracts, her favorite class, she utilized the academic support resources available to struggling students at McGeorge.

Haley credits her academic success to the comprehensive resources McGeorge makes available to students. Her advice is to refrain from purchasing multiple volumes of supplements and utilize the free academic support resources at McGeorge.

Most importantly, Haley recommends that students maintain balance in their lives to help them cope with the stress of law school. Haley enjoys Bikram yoga, classic cars, dirt biking, and any activity outdoors.
