Summary

Professor Gretchen Franz joined the Pacific McGeorge faculty in 2000. Prior to entering academia, Professor Franz worked as a research attorney for the Alameda County and Marin County Superior Courts, and also practiced law as a litigation associate with Cooper, White & Cooper. Drawing upon that practical experience, she is an instructor in the Pacific McGeorge Global Lawyering Skills program, and teaches lawyering skills to first- and second-year law students. She is also engaged in research and writing about experiential learning.
