Dean Fait has spearheaded many special programs for the law school over his decades of service. As Director of the Institute for Administrative Justice (IAJ), Dean Fait supervised the training of over 4,000 federal and state administrative adjudicators. He served for 16 years as Director of the California Special education Hearing Office, and with IAJ staff, oversaw a contract with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide representation to parolees in over 80,000 parole revocation hearings annually. As an administrative law expert, he enjoys teaching the Pacific McGeorge Administrative Adjucation legal clinic as well as teaching Wills and Trusts and helping with the law school's extensive field placement program. Dean Fait is also the former mayor of the City of Folsom.
