| Sunday, July 7 | Check-in/Registration, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guiding Walking Tour of Salzburg, 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Opening Reception/Orientation, 6 p.m. The Opening Reception and Welcome Orientation will take place at Restaurant Sarastro located at Wiener-Philharmoniker-Gasse 9, 5020 Salzburg, Austria +43 (0) 662 843532. Please come and meet your colleagues and professors. Cost of dinner is included in the administrative fee. There will be a no-host cash bar. Dress is business casual. To make sure that everyone finds the restaurant, we will lead a group from Wolf-Dietrichheim department at 6 p.m. |
