Scholarships

Most scholarships are awarded to students based upon special criteria, which recognizes scholastic achievement, school activities, public service, and/or financial need. Some scholarships are awarded to students without having to file an application; others require an application.

Pacific McGeorge awards merit scholarships to selected students entering their first year of study, based on their pre-law school academic achievement and demonstrated potential for success in legal studies.

Some of the scholarships and awards are automatic and do not require an application or establishment of need. An example of such a scholarship is the Academic Achievement Scholarship. See a list of available scholarships at the links below:

For additional information on scholarships, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 916.739.7158.

These scholarships are funded through the generosity of our alumni and friends. They are designed by the donors to recognize and encourage the achievement and potential of Pacific McGeorge students. Scholarship gifts offer income tax deductions and other possible tax benefits to the donor, and provide crucial support to current and future students at Pacific McGeorge.

Many alumni recall how a scholarship helped them survive their law school experience and have chosen to pass that benefit along to the students by providing scholarships themselves! Please contact the Advancement Office at 916.739.7300 if you are interested in establishing a scholarship or contributing to one.
