Forum on Independent Judiciary

This panel explored the importance of an independent and impartial judiciary in the United States. The impact of external pressures on individual judges, and the judiciary as a whole, poses a threat to our carefully balanced democratic institutions and diminishes public confidence in the functioning of our courts. This program included distinguished jurists and academic voices exploring the concepts of independence and impartiality in the American justice system. The event video is on YouTube at https://youtu.be/OoNaQ58aiDc.
