Pacific McGeorge faculty make a unique contribution to the development of law itself, and are engaged in shaping the profession through scholarly excellence, the exchange of ideas, and an abiding passion for justice.
Through a host of activities, Pacific McGeorge faculty produce scholarship on a range of topics and are among the world's foremost experts on subjects including international water resources, child courtroom testimony, computer-assisted litigation, banking, economic sanctions, corporations, and modern law practice. In addition to traditional law review articles, Pacific McGeorge faculty author a variety of books, including textbooks used at hundreds of American law schools, and more than a dozen in the popular Thomson West Global Issues series. They are also committed to sharing legal insights on timely legal issues through frequent media commentary.
