Zhejiang Gongshang University Press publishes case files
In December 2008 the Zhejiang Gongshang University Press published a 196 page compilation of case files to be used in simulations in Chinese law schools.
Professor Luo Wenyan (pictured to the right) of ZGU and Professor Brian Landsberg of Pacific McGeorge were co-editors of the book, and the case files were written by participants in the summer 2008 Hangzhou workshop.
The title in English is Representing the Client. The Jones Day Law Firm contributed royalty expenses for the use of one case file based on a simulation published by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and ZGU paid for the cost of publication.
