Craig Barbarosh, ’92, has been a partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman Cornish LLP since June 2012. He handles major creditor and debtor engagements throughout the country, and clients describe him as “a truly amazing and effective attorney.” Barbarosh has extensive experience representing corporate entities in business acquisitions in bankruptcy and receivership proceedings throughout the United States. As a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP for 13 years, he served as the chair of the firm’s board strategy committee, co-leader of the firm’s national Insolvency & Restructuring practice section and managing partner of the firm’s Orange County office.
