Brian Maas is currently President of the California New Car Dealers Association (CNCDA). Prior to his role as President, he served as Director of Governmental Affairs. CNCDA is the country's largest state association of franchised new car and truck dealers representing over 1,100 dealer members. The goal of CNCDA's Government Affairs team, in particular, is to promote legislation that will strengthen the regulatory climate for California's New Car Dealers. Prior to joining CNCDA, Mr. Maas served as a Lobbyist for the California Banker's Association, and as an attorney with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. He earned an A.B. in Rhetoric and Political Science from University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
