Summary Bio

Brian is Managing Partner of Harris Schwartz Lawyers in Las Vegas, where he practices personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability law. After law school Brian was appointed Washington County Public Defender in St. George, Utah and then joined one of Nevada's premier personal injury law firms where he gained invaluable knowledge and experience representing individuals suing major insurance companies. In 2002 he and his partner formed Harris Injury Lawyers, which later became Harris Schwartz. He is an active member in many law-related organizations and associations, and enjoys running, travel, and spending time with his family.
