Summary
Professor Amy Landers is one of the law school’s emerging great scholars. She joined the faculty after making partner as an intellectual property litigator at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. She has extensive experience litigating complex patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters, as well as business torts in complex and high stakes cases for high technology and Fortune 100 clients. Professor Landers’ scholarly interests focus on intellectual property matters, particularly patent law. Her articles have been cited and reviewed by many the nation’s leading intellectual property scholars; and her book Understanding Patent Law has received the highest praise.
