The Pacific McGeorge graduate program in U.S. Law is a one-year (two semesters) to two-year (three or four semesters) course of study leading to the award of a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law & Policy.
The LL.M. in U.S. Law & Policy program is specially designed to equip foreign-trained lawyers with the skills and knowledge to succeed as a global lawyer. Students will gain a firm foundation in American law and valuable insights as to how lawyers are trained in the United States.

Law school graduates who pursue the Pacific McGeorge LL.M. in U.S. Law & Policy come from diverse backgrounds and from many different law schools all over the world.
The LL.M in U.S. Law is specifically designed for lawyers or law graduates with a law degree granted from schools in their home country who seek a general introduction to United States law. Students will study the foundations of American law, and graduates will be prepared to demonstrate knowledge of U.S. law to employers and clients.
