Global Lawyering Skills

Pacific McGeorge’s two-year program, Global Lawyering Skills, is designed to enhance and deepen law students' experience in research, writing and oral advocacy. The new program combines the former Legal Process class with the Appellate & International Advocacy course while adding more simulations and practical skills experiences. Students are introduced to and required to use international and foreign sources as well as domestic sources in solving client problems.

This new approach to preparing graduates was recently cited as having the most significant integration of international and comparative law in a legal writing program to date.
