Black Law Students' Association Meets CNN's Soledad O'Brien

On February 3, 2010, the Black Law Students' Association and the Director of Campus Diversity, Mathiew Le, attended the University of the Pacific's Black History Month celebration featuring CNN's Soledad O'Brien as the keynote speark. O'Brien is currently an anchor and special correspondent for CNN: Special investigations Unit, but is best known for her "Black in America" series, a critically accalimed exposition of the current state of Black America after the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Her address examined Dr. King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech providing a message of hope, inspiration, and encouragement.
