Principles of Agency Course
During the spring semester, Pacific McGeorge extends the opportunity to take a graded, two-unit elective course called Principles of Agency. The course is taught by Dean Naccarato and Professor Lee, and is offered to those first-year students whose fall exams indicate they could use some additional help.
In early January, designated students may take this elective in place of Criminal Law, which they then take either in the summer or in the first semester of their second year. The decision to take the Agency course is left to the student.
The course covers both the law of Agency, which is a subject tested on the California Bar Exam, as well as the basic skills needed for success in law school and legal practice. It is taught in small sections to allow for individual attention. Those students who choose to enroll in Principles of Agency often go on to achieve great success in law school and beyond.
